The QA department at Fairchild Controls leads deployment of these processes across the entire corporation. Our quality assurance team consists of dedicated program managers; experienced quality engineers; a highly-skilled inspection team; calibration and metrology technicians; configuration management specialists; internal auditors, supplier quality engineers, software quality engineers, and Six Sigma Black Belts. This team ensures compliance to internal procedures, customer specifications and international regulatory requirements.

Empowered employee teams at Fairchild Controls use a detailed root cause and corrective action system to monitor and resolve any escapes, internal defects or process yield issues prior adverse impact on our customers.

Fairchild Controls places a high value on Professional Development. Quality Assurance personnel hold 32 individual certifications from Professional Societies in Quality Science Disciplines that include Quality Management, Engineering, Reliability, Software, Inspection, Auditing, and Configuration Management.
